My Story

Travel has been part of my life and career for more than 16 years. I’ve worked with airlines, hotels, and rental car companies, gaining a behind-the-scenes understanding of what makes a trip run smoothly. I also spent time as a nurse, which strengthened the care and attention I bring to working with people.

When I returned to the travel industry after the pandemic, I knew I wanted to do things differently. I wanted to help people have beautiful, memorable vacations while being more thoughtful about how their travel affects the places they visit.

That vision became Travel by Chanel Owens. I plan personalized journeys that reflect each traveler’s interests and values, with a focus on authentic experiences, ethical choices, and positive impact. To me, a wonderful trip should feel good while you’re there—and leave something good behind.
