Managing a group involves more than choosing a destination. It also means keeping track of traveler information, accommodations, payments, deadlines and many individual questions.

When permitted by the travel supplier, group members may be able to submit their information and payments individually. Available payment and booking arrangements will be explained before reservations begin.

A group trip can include meaningful shared experiences without requiring everyone to follow the same schedule throughout the day. Your itinerary can be designed with opportunities to connect while still leaving room for personal interests, downtime and spontaneous moments.
How Group Travel Planning Works
Begin by completing the group travel inquiry form with your estimated number of travelers, preferred dates, destination ideas, budget and vision for the experience. After reviewing your information, I will contact you to discuss your goals and determine whether my planning services are the right fit for your group. When you are ready to move forward, you will receive a planning agreement and an invoice for the nonrefundable planning fee, which covers the time, research and personalized attention required to develop options for your group. This fee is separate from the cost of the trip and any supplier deposit required to confirm reservations. Once the agreement and planning fee have been received, I will research and present carefully selected options with current pricing, availability, deadlines and applicable group policies. After an option is approved and the supplier deposit is submitted, group members will receive instructions for joining the trip, providing their information and making payments. As departure approaches, I will help keep everyone informed and provide final travel documents, destination guidance and important predeparture information so your group can focus on enjoying the journey together.
